Customer Service Desk

The Customer Service Desk is located near the Coles escalators and Best & Less. Our friendly staff will assist you with a range of services including lost and found property, wheelchair, stroller and scooter hire.

Stroller and Wheelchairs

These are available from the Customer Service Desk free of charge, with approved identification (quantities limited). The centre also has a motorised wheelchair. Bookings can be made on (03) 9309 5855.

Baby Change Rooms

Our change rooms are well equipped with changing tables, microwaves and toilets for your convenience.

Toilets

Toilets are located around the Centre and provide good access for the mobility impaired.

Parking

For parents with prams and the mobility impaired parking is conveniently located at various entrances around the Centre, ensuring easy access from the car park to the entrance of your choice.

Out and About Club 

If you're over 50 and like to get out more often, the Out & About Club might be just the thing.  For a small ticket fee, we provide monthly movie screenings sponsored by Hoyts, along with special discount offers from centre retailers.  For further inquiries please contact our Customer Service Desk on (03) 9309 5855.
